Situation
A major supplier/distributor to a National Chain was notified that due to an upcoming acquisition of another chain, there would be an immediate need to upgrade existing equipment to a new standard and warehouse excess equipment on hand.
Solution
Marmon Renew worked with both the distributor and the chain to finalize specific equipment upgrade options, new color schemes, and logistic options. Having a 170,000 square foot warehouse, we gave the option for one central shipping location in which we would manage logistics and ship the equipment directly to the customer location.
