Asset Management

Receive. Store. Reman. Ship.

Our 140,000 sq ft warehouse operates as a single hub for your installed base, receiving customer equipment, storing it in a customer-specific area, remanufacturing on demand, and shipping it back out on your schedule, all anchored by a customized tracking system.

Asset Management process

Every asset that enters our warehouse is logged, tagged, and tracked, giving you a single source of truth for the installed base from the moment it arrives.

  • Data capture at intake

Collecting all necessary data on every asset received: model numbers, serial numbers, date codes, and configuration details.

  • Customized tracking system

A unique asset tag is applied to each unit so its location, status, and complete work history can be tracked through the warehouse and beyond.

  • Real-time data exchange

We work with clients to secure access and exchange data between client systems and Marmon systems for real-time visibility into the installed base.

  • Customized shipping options

Outbound logistics (individual orders, scheduled releases, or full truckload) are configured to meet each client's logistic requirements.

Manage assets from receipt to shipment

From the first conversation through final delivery, every step of the lifecycle runs through the same warehouse program.

  1. Step 01 · Plan
    Pre-shipment meeting

We start with a working session to align on goals, current equipment condition, and which assets are viable candidates for remanufacturing.

  2. Step 02 · Collect
    Freight pickup arranged

Pickups are coordinated through our freight carrier network, on a schedule that fits your operations.

  3. Step 03 · Triage
    Track and triage

Every unit is tracked on arrival and triaged into one of two streams (remanufacture or scrap) so nothing sits idle.

  4. Step 04 · Inventory
    Live inventory database

Viable assets are logged into an inventory database that you can draw from for build-to-order or finished-goods programs.

  5. Step 05 · Reman
    Remanufactured to order

Equipment is remanufactured to order, or built ahead as finished goods, so it's ready when your locations need it.

  6. Step 06 · Ship
    Shipped on your terms

Outbound shipments go out as individual orders or full truckloads, configured to meet your logistic requirements.

  7. Step 07 · Report
    Full reporting visibility

Receiving information, cost, shipping data and more are reported back to you for full visibility into the program.
